About Catherine Melvin
I live in Maine with my husband of 28 years, with our two adult children. Maine has so much to offer a photographer, from the winter snow to the color-changing autumn months. I want to capture it all! I was born in Texas but moved to Maine when I was sixteen that July of 85. I now have a new granddaughter who is my world now and hope to share my world with her as she grows. I mostly love nature and anything that makes me look twice I have to shoot. It really can be anything. Macro is my friend. Love detail, the smaller the better! So, feel free to browse all I have to offer! Thank you! Catherine

Lovely shot, Catherine. I lived in Maine for 24 years, some of it in Jackman, a lot of it in Kennebunk. Miss the scenery, though WA is lovely, also. i'ina
